• The state of Virginia fumbling the ball on the Something in the Water Festival will be remembered as a major fumble in 5 years. The Festival brought over 24 million dollars in revenue to Virginia Beach.
  • The women love Lucky Daye and he can sing for real., Like, Boyz II Men extended runs sing.
  • Thundercat is my spirit animal and one of the best bassists ever.
  • Justin Timberlake’s beat your feet segment of his set had me stuck with the Nick Young meme face.
  • The Somewhere Pusha T pop up with the workers in hazmat suits and the fake cocaine den was equally entertaining and authentic.  Also, DJ Domo’s set across the street made me reminisce about the Clipse.
  • Damn! Didn’t get to see J Balvin’s set.
  • Is it me or does it seem like Pharrell just levitates everywhere?.
  • The fact that we were watching Lil Baby perform in all of his glory right next to the Native American museum was not lost on me.
  • My godbrother in a picture with Pusha T with a babushka on and my mother asking “is that scarf the style?” LOL.
  • Usher’s set was easily the most entertaining and had everyone in the crowd doing the A-town stomp.
  • Did Pharrell really start his set off with “Light Your Ass on Fire”?!! Amazing.
  • In the “I wish I didn’t miss their set and had to watch it on the live stream” column is JID.
  • I really respect that Pharrell stopped his set a couple of times to make certain people in the crowd were not injured or passing out.  Glad to see that in this post – Astroworld incident world.
  • Was it just me or was the audience not that hype for the Clipse?
  • The intersection at the Earth and Sun Stage was noticeably more congested than the rest of the venue and tighter than a Durex condom.
  • I saw a 60- year- old dancing to 21 Savage and it put so much joy in my heart.
  • The moment with Pharrell on stage with the Capitol in the background gave me goosebumps.
  • Tyler is an icon and the fact that he closed out his idol’s festival only enforced that.
  • We’re doing SITW next year, right!!?
